We ask that you turn your mobile phone off (or onto silent) upon arrival to minimize interruptions during your experience.
We run to scheduled treatment times so we ask you to arrive AT YOUR TREATMENT TIME. Arriving late to your appointment will result in your treatment time being cut short as your treatment time has been allocated & we are not able to extend treatments due to late arrival. The full price of the original treatment will be charged.
SMS reminders are sent the day before your appointment. For all appointment cancellations received after your SMS confirmation has been sent a cancellation fee will be applicable as we require 24hours notice for cancellations & appointment changes. Please respond to this SMS if you need to make any changes to the booked treatment or to pay your cancellation fee.
From time to time your therapist may be running slightly behind schedule, if this is the case you will receive a SMS to let you know for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy....
No Show's & Last Minute cancellations are very costly to our business & deprive other customers of receiving their treatments. We understand unforeseen situations do disrupt our daily schedules and therefore we ask that if you are running late for an appointment we would appreciate it if you could call or SMS us as to ensure we are able to accommodate your entire booking.
For repeat 'no shows' or last minute cancellation a 50% deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking.
Not showing up for your appointment deprives another client of a treatment.
- Cancellations with less than 48hours notice given may result in a fee of 50% of the booked treatment value.
- 'No Shows' or less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% fee charged of the value of the treatment booked.
- Gift Vouchers will be deemed VOID in the event of No Showing to a scheduled appointment.
- If less than 48hours notice to reschedule or cancel a voucher appointment, the value of the voucher may be decreased.
- In the case of pre purchased packages the treatments must be consecutive and all included in 1 appointment and not broken up.
